Attentive staff

Recently refurbished and well-appointed room. Magnificent and decent location near the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. - Nearby Joe's Crab Shack is a great place to chill out

The restaurant was excellent which offered good food & great service, I tried excellent dishes.

Extremely helpful and genuinely helpful staff, good services with free wake up calls and ironing.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, featuring omelettes and veggies with salsa. The hotel's location near the bus terminal was ideal for easy access to transportation.

Loved our stay, had fun filled 6 days overall. The room was impressive and spotless with smoke detectors for our safety. The bed was comfy, and it was convenient to have a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. Efficient stuff from Disneyland manager and provided an easy check-in. Everything was simply perfect.

Had an exceptionally good and outstanding breakfast with many options, greatly enjoyed the meal. The hotel's location was favorable, short walk to the hill, both the Anaheim Convention Center, and very close to Disneyland.

The room set up was fantastic , it was more like a studio apartment separate bedroom with a makeup vanity and stool in bedroom .The front room had a nice fold out sofa bed and 4 piece wood dining set. Had two TV's so that was nice for our teenage son to have a television to himself.

The television channels were very very limited , wi-fi connection was slow . I've included a photo of the the glass elevators , which were very slow , one of the four was broken during my entire 3 day stay . I didn't care for the fact you can open your room door and see every single room as there are no hallways, just wide open as the photo shows .

The breakfast here was great, serving hot and delicious food like omelettes and salsa. Also, the staff members who served us were super friendly! 😋

Elevators extremely slow, rooms out dated, beds and sofa bed very uncomfortable. Had a terrible odor in our room. On our second night This black stuff started pumping up in the bathroom sink. I immediately went to the front desk and they switched our rooms with really no questions asked. Has this happened before? I showed front desk a picture off of my phone and they reacted quickly. This is our second time we have stayed here. We won't be back mainly because beds being so uncomfortable and the rooms had an odor.

This venue has a fantastic location in a very comfortable area, right by a bus stop, with a modern, carpeted room featuring a pull-out couch.

each and every time I have stayed here the elevators are broken down, and I have waited as long as 20 minutes for an elevator.

The hotel's location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the convention center. I also found Joe's Crab Shack nearby, which was a great spot for drinks.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. The bedroom was so quiet and comfortable for sleeping, which is SO important.

I wish there was a way to let natural light into the sitting area without being fully visible from the hallway. The elevators are incredibly slow.
